(PNAA) and the Nurses on Boards Coalition (NOBC) as a powerful alliance that amplifies the stories of ethnic minorities in board leadership positions. In our Featured Story, NOBC shares some exciting news: Cole Edmonson DNP, RN, NEA-BC, FNAP, FACHE, FAONL, FAAN has been appointed as NOBC’s new Chief Executive Officer, effective November 1, 2024. He will work collaboratively with the NOBC’s current Executive Director Laurie Benson, BSN, until her retirement on December 31, 2024.
